Report: Phoenix land Hunter

The South East Melbourne Phoenix’s strong start to free agency looks set to continue, following reports from ESPN’s Olgun Uluc that the club has agreed to a three-year deal with two-time NBL champion center Jordan Hunter.

Property development coming to Wycliffe Church land on Great Neck Road

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Five houses will be built on the land owned by Wycliffe Presbyterian Church off Great Neck Road, Virginia Beach council approved Tuesday night.

However, getting approval was not straightforward, and in the end, a modified version of the original development plan for the land off Great Neck Road passed in a 7-4 vote.

The modifications remove the office space and the plan to fill in a pond that the developer, BHC, LLC (Bishard Development Corporation), originally proposed in addition to the five houses.
